Grade A (Pristine):
Devices are in pristine condition.
• Upon initial inspection, devices exhibit excellent cosmetic condition with a clean screen.
• Devices pass all cosmetic and functionality tests.
• No iCloud lock.

Grade A/B (Great):
Devices are in great condition. Minor imperfections, such as light scratches on the body, may be present, but the screen is clean.
• Devices pass all cosmetic and functionality tests.
• No iCloud lock.

Grade B (Good):
Devices may have slightly more noticeable light scratches, but no more than one dent in the casing.
• Some marks on the bezel or edges might be visible.
• Devices are fully functional, unlocked, and in good working order.
• No iCloud lock.
